    Description

    Here is an early original bronze advertising medal/coin/token that measures approx. 1 1/8" and has a hole atop for suspension.  Depicted on one side is Revolutionary War patriot the Marquis de Lafayette A Friend To America & F
    reedom.
    Died May 20 1834.  The other side is an advertisement for Clark & Anthony Jewelers and Watchmakers Nos. 25 & 27 Cheapside Providence, Rhode Island 1835.  It has some obvious wear as evidenced by the scan with a smooth edge.
