    Grins & Smiles & Giggles & Laughs was a mid-'70s Ralston cereal that I believe was created by the same ad agency that came up with the Freakies and Moonstones. Unlike today, this is a cereal with a storyline/plot: Cecil was a cranky cereal-making machine who only made cereal when he laughed. Grins, Smiles, Giggles, and Laughs were people who, I guess were supposed to work for Ralston. Their job was to make Cecil laugh so that there was GSGL cereal to send out. A pretty good concept, I think.
    It seems like Freakies was the most popular of the three because I see far fewer Moonstones and GSGL premiums & boxes.
