Antique Aesthetic Silver Plate Mechanical Butter Dish  by  Hartford Silver Plate
Aesthetic silver plate mechanical butter dish circa 1870-90s
Frame is embossed with Aesthertic Floral decoration
Marked on the bottom Harford  SILVER PLATE CO
There is supposed to be a  Lid and  Chain which when pulled raises the lid of
for access to the butter dish (chain  and Lid are  missing)
Measures   about 8"diameter  by about 15" High
Condition
As stated above the chain  and lid are  missing
Also missing is the liner for the butter to sit on
Otherwise it is fine and plating is intact there are a few dings and it needs polished
Displays well
