Antique Silver Plate Framed Hand Painted Porcelain Plate Serving Tray Vintage

This is a very beautiful serving plate. The floral hand painted porcelain insert inside of the ornate silver frame. Most of these seem to be sterling silver but I cannot find a makers Mark or stamp on this so we must assume that it is silver plated. It measures about 10 inches across and is in pristine condition with no chips cracks or scratches. Please have a good look at the many photos and thank you for your consideration.
