It is solid sterling silver it is repoussé. 1972 Mother’s Day plate a German Shepherd. It has never been cleaned or out of the box. This is why you see different colors on the plate. It’s never been cleaned. It is a beautiful piece. Thank you. There is almost 7 1/2 Troy ounces of sterling in this. This is almost being sold at scrap silver value."
