    Description

    VINTAGE CAMBRIDGE GLASS
WILDFLOWER ETCH # 3900/19 PRISTINE PATTERN BALL MAYO
A beautiful piece of American made elegant glassware in the form of a lovely little ball shape mayonnaise or candy dish.
It was made by the Cambridge Glass Company formerly of Cambridge, Ohio and is part of both their “Pristine” pattern and their # 3900 pattern line.
It is made in a clear or crystal colored glass and it is etched with the Cambridge “Wildflower” deep plate etching.
It is a very high-quality piece of elegant era glass.
Specifically, this is the # 3900/19 Mayonnaise and is pictured, with this same etching, on page 119 (page number at top center of page) in the book 1949-1953 Cambridge Catalog Reprint Book
    The Cambridge Glass Co
. by The National Cambridge Collectors, Inc.
I also believe I have seen this same piece pictured as part of the “Pristine” pattern line.
It is gorgeous as you can see from the photos!
I do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability.
Some of my photos may be somewhat lighter or darker than actual to better show detail or color.
However, do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or with requests for additional pictures.
I will get back to you as soon as I am able.
I want your transaction with me to be exactly the way I want mine to be when I am the buyer.

Our store has many unique and interesting items in several different categories from 35 years of our dealing and collecting antiques and collectables.
    Age and Condition
    Circa 1940s - 1950s.
It is in excellent mint original condition and is nicely fire polished from the factory.
Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item.
There are no chips, flea bites, cracks, hairlines or repairs to the glass.
There are only some very minor light signs of use inside the bowl; a beautiful piece in near pristine condition.
Please keep in mind these photos can be blown up at least 8X-10X times normal, so anything you see will look 8X-10X times larger in the photos than it really is.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
    Approximate Dimensions
About 4” (10.2 cm) across and sits about 4” (10.2 cm) off the table.
    Approximate Weight
    About 8.375 ounces (237 grams).
    SALES TAX
I am required to charge 6.5% Ohio State Sales Tax on all purchases shipped to an address within the State of Ohio.
